The Beginning

A fascination with buildings

From a young age, Ari was drawn to real estate — apartment buildings, vacant land, neighborhoods with untapped potential — always curious about how properties were built, managed, and transformed.

Leasing apartments across New York City for a Brooklyn property management firm, Ari learned what people were really looking for in a home — and made one of life's most stressful experiences smooth and even enjoyable.

One of NYC's leading rental brokerages

Built around exceptional service and innovative technology, Brookliv rented thousands of apartments across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan — earning national press as one of the first brokerages to accept Bitcoin, with one of the fastest inquiry-to-showing response times in the industry.

While growing Brookliv, Ari purchased, renovated, negotiated, and managed properties throughout New York — learning that successful real estate isn't about closing transactions, but recognizing potential, creating value, and thinking long term.

The Sale

All in on development

After seven successful years, Ari sold Brookliv to focus entirely on his greatest passion: real estate investment and development.
